Individual Therapy
Our rate for individual therapy is $175*/session. Traditional sessions are 50 minutes each. Sessions longer than 50 minutes are prorated at the session rate.
Support Groups
Groups are $35/session. Some groups require an 8-week commitment, while others are open. Most groups require an intake session. Intake sessions are $35 and take place prior to the first group session.
Professional Consultation
We offer weekly, monthly, and a la cart options, and have special rates for students and clinical interns. Contact us to learn more!
We offer comprehensive Suicide Risk Assessments/Suicide Risk Evaluations. These are often required by schools for students who experience a suicidal crisis at school (or a perceived suicidal crisis). Our rate for an Assessment/Evaluation is $350, which includes a 90-minute session with the student and a 30-minute follow-up parent/guardian session to go over our clinical impressions and recommendations. We use a whole-person approach to get to know your child and understand what led up to the crisis, as well as evidence-based assessments to get a full picture of their risk level for suicide. We can provide a summary letter for the school requiring the evaluation at no extra charge.
Note: We are considered out of network (OON) on insurance panels. This has been a conscious choice, both to honor your privacy and to stay true to our mission of working intentionally with suicide experiences. There are currently no clinical diagnostic codes for the presenting concerns of suicidal thoughts or grief (insurance companies require these in order to submit claims). Because this is our whole work, it would be unethical to squeeze in a diagnostic code that may not be accurate. And we’d rather spend our time helping folks in need of our services than spend our time chasing claims and fighting with insurance companies.
*We believe that therapy should be accessible to all and don’t want finances to be a barrier for those that need our services. Toward this end, half of our slots for individual therapy are reserved for those needing sliding scale.
Payments accepted: All major credit cards + HSA, HRA, and other flex-spending cards.

Note: We are licensed to practice therapy in Texas, Virginia, and Washington DC. We are located in Houston, TX for in-person sessions. Telehealth is available for those in TX, VA, or DC. If you live in another state, we have a network of clinicians across the country and are happy to try to help connect you with a provider near you.
